Frequent Customers
1. Program Objective
The "COFFARENI" Loyalty Card Program (hereinafter, "the Program") is an initiative designed to reward customer loyalty through the accumulation of points redeemable for COFFARENI menu items.
2. Participation and Eligibility
Participants:
Preferred customers who are individuals over 18 years of age and who register their data in the loyalty system incorporated in the COFFARENI Point of Sale Terminal will be able to participate and receive their card.
Record:
Customers must provide their full name, email address, and/or valid phone number. Providing false information will result in exclusion from the Program.
3. Mechanics of Accumulation, Use and Redemption
Point Accumulation:
2% of each customer's total spending (total paid) is accumulated as points on their loyalty card.
Points are only accumulated when the card is presented at the point of sale at the time of payment.
No points will be awarded for past purchases or without presenting the card.
Points Redemption:
Points can be redeemed for menu items (https://organiccoffa.wixsite.com/coffarini/menu), as long as they are in stock.
The exchange can only be made at the point of sale, by presenting the physical card.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Usage and Restrictions:
The card is personal and non-transferable.
Only one active card is allowed per customer.
In case of loss or damage, accumulated points are not replaced.
Replacing the card costs $35.00.
4. Cancellation and Validity
Card Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel a card in case of misuse, forgery or fraud.
The customer can request voluntary cancellation of their card by emailing organic.coffa@gmail.com, losing any unredeemed points.
Validity:
Accumulated points are valid for 3 months from the date of the last registered purchase.
Cards with no activity during that period will be automatically deactivated.
Unredeemed points will lose their value without compensation.
5. Modifications and Termination
COFFARENI reserves the right to modify conditions, benefits or terminate the Program, notifying participants 30 days in advance.
In the event of termination, any unredeemed points will lose their value without compensation.

PROFECO Clients
I. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The "COFFARENI" Loyalty Card Program (hereinafter, "the Program") is an initiative of COFFARENI in collaboration with PROFECO, designed to reward the loyalty of PROFECO's employee customers (hereinafter, "customers") by accumulating points redeemable for products from the COFFARENI menu.

II. DISCOUNTS AND BENEFITS FOR THE STAFF OF THE FEDERAL CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY
2% of each customer's total spending (total paid) is accumulated as points on their loyalty card.
III. REQUIREMENTS
Participants:
Individuals with an institutional credential issued by the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) or, if applicable, a work certificate signed by the General Directorate of Human Resources of the same institution, who register their information in the loyalty system incorporated in the Point of Sale Terminal located at Mtro. José Vasconcelos 220, PB, Condesa, Cuauhtemoc, 06140, CDMX, will be able to participate and receive their card.
Record:
Customers must provide their full name, email address, and/or valid phone number. Providing false information will result in exclusion from the Program.
IV. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These benefits will be granted according to the following criteria and processes:
